Art Opening at “Artsail” May 2-4

From May 2-4 I’ll be exhibiting my architecture prints at Artsail in Downtown LA. It’s a new and unique event featuring Los Angeles artists and photographers such as Nancy Harasz and Shepard Fairey. Boy George will also be there creating live artwork. Should be a fun event! Tickets cost $20 presale and $25 at the door.

Art Auction

image

My friend and fellow artist, Carson Ellis, is holding an auction to benefit the Victory Academy in Oregon. The school is a non-profit for children with autism and all proceeds of the auction will go toward the building of a new school that is desperately needed.

I’m contributing to the auction by donating a custom house portrait to the winning bidder. Check out the auction page for more information and also to see other pieces by a bunch of other great artists.

Thanks!

I illustrated this brochure for the LA River Revitalization Corporation. Their plan is to make a continuous bikeway from the valley to the ocean along the LA river with cool stopping points along the way.

THE ENNIS HOUSE
Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Ennis house was built in 1924 in the the hills above Los Feliz. The dwelling is one of four houses designed by Wright in Los Angeles that utilize concrete block construction and is inspired by Mayan architecture. The house has been used in many film productions including the original House on Haunted Hill and most famously in Blade Runner.
Prints are available in my online shop.
